About Brook

Brook is based out of Austin, TX. In 2012, she was awarded "Austin's Fittest Fitness Professional." She is the author of Prevention's newly-released book, "Lift Light, Get Lean." She has represented brands including GoFit, Hyperwear, Livestrong, Spirit Fitness, and Power Music. She earned a Bachelor's of Exercise and Sport Science from Texas State University, Master's of Physical Education from The University of Houston, and Professional Life Coach from Baylor University. She is an ACSM-certified exercise physiologist. Her next book, Sweat Like a Mother: Helping Other Mothers Lift the Motherload, will release later this year.
