Fitness Coach
Carrie is an experienced fitness leader that believes in the benefits of exercise, recovery, and teaching women to move their body with intention. She did not always have a passion for exercise, but once she began her own health journey and made daily movement part of her self care non-negotiables, it transformed not only her life but her career! Carrie left the corporate world after realizing that fitness is so much more than physical. It changed her mood, stress levels, productivity, energy, and outlook, and she knew she had to share this reward with others. She then became an integrative nutrition health coach and personal trainer and has since been focused on helping people create positive habits and lifestyle changes.
When she's not leading classes or coaching clients, you'll find Carrie navigating motherhood with a toddler and teenager! In her (removed 'limited) downtime, she enjoys a little chocolate, tea, and even some reality and drama TV! As for favorite ways to get active, Carrie says variety is key! She admits to not being competitive at any sport or type of exercise, but sure loves sampling all styles of fitness and ways to just get outside and get active!
