Active Recovery Walk

But even though we’re slowing things down, Coach Carrie will still have you working as she leads you through an active recovery class that will allow you to focus on your body to help it rest, reset, restore and prepare for your next big walk.

Plus, you’ll discover tips for using the 99 Walks App to enhance your walking practice. Elements is for everyone—perfect if you are new to walking or just feel like a lighter walking workout.
Empowerment

Coach Joyce’s 30-minute Empowerment walk is the perfect blend of mindset and movement. You can expect a unique class theme, some intervals, some upper body and maybe even a few squats for good measure. The class ends with 5 minutes to empower yourself by listening and enjoying the music and maybe, just maybe, throwing yourself your own private dance party.
I Dare You Walk

Take a walk with Coach Martine. C’mon, we dare you! In this 15-minute class, you’ll grow stronger in body and mind as Coach Martine challenges you to think about your goals and put your words and thoughts into action.
