Just in time for a new season full of cooler breezes, changing colors, and flavorful spices, we’re refreshing our walking classes to keep you moving and meet you where you are during the upcoming Fall and Winter months. In your 99 Walks app, you’ll find your tried and true blend of fitness, motivational, and inspirational classes led by coaches who will encourage you every step of the way. Not only will you find the support and guidance you need to amp up your fitness, you’ll also feel encouraged and celebrate your journey with our unique mindset classes. 

As always, indoor and outdoor classes are available, and are great for all levels of fitness and experience. So whether you’re new to walking for fitness and wellness, returning to a walking practice, coming back from an injury or setback, gearing up for the next 5k or half-marathon, or looking to transform a walking practice into a full-body workout, there is a class for you!

Outdoor Walking Classes

Our powerful lineup of outdoor classes encourages us to lace up and head out the door. Classes include:

Elements Walk: A 30-minute class that provides the foundation for walking fitness and offers progressions for all walkers.

Empowerment Walk: A 30-minute walk with the perfect blend of mindset and movement. 

Journey Walk: A 30-minute journey into mindset, wellness, lessons from the stoics and so, so much more. 

Power Fitness Walk: A 30-minute fast-paced class incorporating walking exercises like walking lunges, walking jabs, and even no-jumping jumping jacks. 

I Dare You Walk: A 15-minute class that challenges you to think about your goals and put your words and thoughts into action. 

Active Recovery Walk: A 30-minute class focused on slowing things down and allowing you to focus on your body to help it rest, reset, restore and prepare for your next big walk. 

Indoor Walking Classes:

We know there’s times where getting outside isn’t possible, so we’ve expanded our indoor walking classes to give us all the options we may need to keep moving in the comfort of our home. Our lineup includes:

Chair Walk: A 15-minute class designed for those brand new to walking, recovering and overcoming from an injury, or maybe just looking to try a new way to walk. 

House Walk: A 15-minute class perfect for getting you up and walking, all in the comfort of your home. 

Treadmill Walk: A 30-minute class complete with incline and pace intervals allowing  you to choose the intensity that is right for you. 

Tread 15: A 15-minute class full of encouragement and empowerment as you choose your pace on your treadmill.

Stretch & Core: A 15-minute class that will help improve your flexibility and range of motion and make your body feel oh-so-good. 

Mindset & Recovery Classes:

It’s important to give our body a chance to reset, recover, and celebrate. Our class offerings include:

Meditation Walk: A 15-minute guided walking meditation delivering a huge dose of nourishment for your mind, body, and spirit.

Mid-Month Motivation: A 15-minute power-up that only is all about getting out the door and firing up your motivation. 

Walk with Worthiness: A 20-minute inspiring fitness walk to help you grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. 

Active Recovery Walk: A 30-minute class focused on slowing things down and allowing you to focus on your body to help it rest, reset, restore and prepare for your next big walk.
