5 Healthy Popsicle Recipes to Tempt Your Tastebuds

We partnered with Chef Kimberly Houston to create five tasty, healthy and easy-to-make popsicle recipes to enjoy on a hot summer day, or any day you’re looking for a taste of sunshine after a rejuvenating walk or afternoon of fun. These recipes use simple ingredients you can feel good about, one even including a hearty serving of spinach, and we know you’ll be smiling big when you take that first taste!

Included are recipes for:

Strawberry Lemonade Pops
Watermelon Pops
Pineapple Lime Pops
Strawberry Mango Pops
Fudge Pops

In addition to the easy-to-find ingredients, you’ll need something in which to create your popsicle, like these popsicle molds HERE, or you can use small baking tins, paper or plastic cups, ice cube trays, small yogurt containers, or a loaf pan. (If using a loaf pan, line the pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper and insert sticks when your popsicle flavor is partially frozen. Once fully frozen, slice into individual-sized portions.) You’ll also need popsicle sticks, which can be found in packages at your local craft or dollar store.
