Well, you’ve done it now. You've committed to becoming a Goal Crusher. To be a person who doesn’t just talk about what she wants, but who goes and gets it. You’re not just an “idea person," you are an idea activator. There is something in your life you really, truly want.
Now, some goals are long term goals. Some goals take years to crush. Some goals are the result of key habits repeated over and over for a decade.
But there is huge value in a one-month Goal Crushing sprint. You discover how much you can accomplish in a short period of time with laser focus. You prove to yourself that you are, in fact, a goal crusher. You learn the method of goal crushing. And you begin to create a goal crushing habit.
Here are your five steps to get started.
First, grab your Goal Crushing Workbook HERE. In it, you’ll find a five-step Pre-Game. Don’t worry busy and overcommitted mamas, it won’t take long. But it is essential you know exactly what you are trying to accomplish and why.
Second, identify the specific goal you intend to crush this month. It can be personal or business. It can be about clearing the clutter, learning to meditate, launching a morning practice, cleaning out your basement (and garage), writing the first four chapters of your book or growing your business. It can improve the way your family eats, teach the dog new tricks, lose 5 pounds or get a new job. Your Goal should be ambitious but doable within the month with a whole lot of work -- ambitious but not impossible. It can be the first step toward a larger goal (lose 50 pounds, earn more money, buy a new house, plan a vacation). Most importantly, it has to be something you really, really want.
Third, write it down. You can write it in your Goal Crushing Workbook or on your bathroom mirror with a Sharpie (yup, it will come off easily once that goal is crushed). Make a plan to keep your goal front and center.
Fourth, join the Goal Crusher Facebook group HERE.
